I am testing the uart-bridge example found here:
https://github.com/Noltari/pico-uart-br ... t-bridge.c
In this example, UART0 is configured for GPIO16 and GPIO17 and works as expected. It also works if I change it to GPIO0 and GPIO1. However, it does not work for GPIO12 and GPIO13. I have also tried shorting the two pins to test a loopback but got no answer.
Can anyone verify this or explain why this could be happening? My Pico board is rarely used so I would rule out a pin being defective.
