If you have the 37.125MHz module, then have you updated your kernel using rpi-update to pick up the kernel driver fix? It's not in apt as yet.
You WILL need "dtoverlay=imx415,clock-frequency=37125000,link-frequency=445500000".
Without that it may work on a Pi5, but you'll find that framerate and exposure control are incorrect as you're overclocking the sensor.
