probably Copper would be far more effective than Aluminum (Cu thermal conductivity 370–400 W/mK, Al ~200–240 W/mK)I don't want much, but a heatsink with more aluminum for CM5 so you don't have to have a fan!
Yes, a mixture of aluminum and copper. Copper to get the heat out and aluminum to remove the heat.
