I made a custom RP2040 development board using the Hardware Design with RP2040 document, I used the recommended crystal, and I know the oscilator circuit works because I used the same design for a RP2350 dev board which works fine.
However, for some reason this RP2040 board is not working. the computer doesn't detect the device either with or without the bootsel jumper.
