Sadly we don't yet have a GUI config tool for this but if you're happy editing config files then you can do it using the labwc configuration.

In ~/.config/labwc/rc.xml you create keybinds on a particular key or combination and choose what action to perform https://labwc.github.io/labwc-config.5. ... henlocked=

https://labwc.github.io/labwc-actions.5.html lists the actions available - there are ones for minimise/maximise/restore/close etc.

And to run programs you can use the Execute action: https://labwc.github.io/labwc-actions.5 ... mand=value
