Compute Module • spi-gpio40-45 without 44/45

Is there a way to get spi mapped to gpio40-43 (for CM4 SPI EEPROM), but keep GPIO44/GPIO45 usable to I2C?

The spi-gpio40-45 overlay maps all pins from GPIO40-GPIO45 ans makes I2S on GPIO44/45 not usable anymore.
I assume the SoC could do better.
