I purchased a Pi500, and when i first booted up with included pi microsd card, no options were available except logout and run. I could not open command line. I hard reboot the Microsd card through connecting a ethernet cord, once rebooted I am able to get through system setup, and to "launch" then its stuck on a black screen with white cursor. I cannot type or click. CTL SHFT F2 brings up login and it will not take my credentials, it does not say login failed, just loops back to login. Ive tried pi/raspberry and root/root and no luck. I also formatted and installed raspberry pi on a brand new microsd card and get stuck on the same place.
