I usually connect my PC to the NEC V404 TV's USB port, activate the Compute Module in boot mode, then launch Raspberry PI Imager v. 1.9.6, and run the rpiboot_setup.exe file.
I wait for it to recognize the memory card, then install Raspberry PI O/S Lite 64bit.
Done.
Then I turn the TV back on and install what I need via SSH.
