Raspberry Pi OS • can I get "sudo dmesg -T" read from any file?

Hello,

I have a loki and grafana setup. I want promtail push output of "sudo dmesg -T" to my loki server.
But I am not able to figure out which file have the output of "sudo dmesg -T" stored?

Any thoughts?
