Does anyone know the alternative-GPIO settings to use for the CM5 to enable SMI on the GPIOs ?
It does say in the CM5 datasheet that SMI is a supported interface...
Now it looks as though the digital-video interface has taken over that alternate-function...
I know the RPi4 actually *decreased* in bandwidth-available over the SMI bus, possibly because there was more memory contention with extra cores over the earlier boards, but I was hoping to test out the CM5 to see if that had recovered.

.. but the alternative functions table in section 2.6 doesn't have anything I recognise as the SMI data/address/strobe bus pins. You used to just have to set alternative-function-1 to get them all...There are 28 pins available for general purpose I/O (GPIO), which correspond to the GPIO pins on the Raspberry Pi 5 40-
pin header. These pins have access to internal peripherals: SMI, DPI, I2C, PWM, SPI, and UART
