It looks like you need a new SD card. The one you have has hardware problems.
Use Raspberry Pi Imager. Set Raspberry Pi Device to "Raspberry Pi 1"
Pick the "Raspberry Pi OS (32 Bit)" operating system.
Let it write to the card.
It will take a very long time for the system to update itself and restart. I'd leave it for an hour or so.
