Hi therealdavidp, sorry about my error on unit conversion. And I checked again the code with some more test and the resolution doesn't affect the sync. Now I'm set at 20fps at 3032x2008px to have more "speed" in terms of fps reaction. I see the "sync achieved" messages with just a tenth of us on the server-client pi5. On the other Pi5 (client) with another Hq cam no messages. Anyway in the photos the difference was sometimes about some milliseconds, both in the server-client Pi and in the Client only Pi, in a random way.
You already advised me about the loop to check and choose the correct frames in the rush, but if I have more Pis with 2 cam each, it could be an approach or it will become a race of delays on the net between software sync + timestamps of all the cameras back and forward?
