You can't convert a 64 bit install to a 32-bit one. Install from scratch and the correct entries will already be there.
For reference, the 32-bit sources.list file contains raspbian repositories and the 64 bit one uses debian repos.
The reason for this is that Debian's 32-bit ARM version (armhf) does not work on the Pi 1 or Zero. So some good people took it upon themselves to build an alternative armhf version (called Raspbian) that does work on Pi 1 and Zero.
You'll also find a sources.list.d/raspi.list file that contains a raspberrypi repo link which has files for both 32 and 64 bit.
