At RPL we have no knowledge of Windows on ARM at all, so support from us would be minimal to zero. But I have no problem with discussing things. The Pi 5 would make a pretty useful Windows device, I think we now have the horsepower to run it well, but as stated above, it's Microsoft who would need to port it. If I were them, I'd spend some time on it - there's a big market for low-cost (therefor ARM) devices running Windows. But I am not them!
