Buster has left Long Term Support by the Debian project, and had been dropped by Raspberry Pi largely when Bullseye was released almost 3 years ago.
Support is going to be very limited, with very few people interested in helping. You may find updating the Buster install to a 6.1 kernel or later helps, but that won't happen through apt.
