To estimate the RTT delay, I did some measurements here: viewtopic.php?p=2361331#p2361331
Need to add some load delay + LY68L6400 tACLK (CLK to output delay) 2-6 ns
Running PIO at 200 MHz will give you 5ns adjusting step, at 400, 2.5ns
