It is independent of this software, as it had happened before on another install
( Bookworm) without this software.
I had ruined that card by taking it out while the Pi was running, and didnt use the Raspberry for a while.
I had started the Raspberry again a few hours ago, to purge the Connect software to rule that out.
I had everything disconnected.
It booted like normal, then just before the desktop started something like
repeating characters appeared in the console...
and yes it must be someone in the same house or neighbouring house and there are some reasons I have a very strong suspicion which apartment ( as only two were lit at 4 am).
I might be a "rogue" device, such things exist that hack into surroundings, innocent household stuff like flatting irons. Or s.o. who hacks on purpose.
At any rate it seems intermittent. Which indicates its coming from outside the Pi as automated keyboard input.
An already installed malware would also not leave traces in the console and be more sophisticated.
