To be clear, the board itself is definitely a 4 GB model – I verified this by checking the RAM chip directly, so this appears to be a cosmetic issue limited to the Diagnostic Screen. I just want to clarify one thing – is the OTP memory strictly read-only, or is there any supported way (even factory-only) to edit or override the OTP revision value that the bootloader/Diagnostic Screen relies on?Something is weird with this Pi. The revision code burnt into OTP memory is wrong. The bootloader is showing it as a03115 which is a 1GB model. gpiozero pinout shows it correctly as c03115 though??Yeah, RPi OS shows 4 GB, so that’s what really matters. But is there any way to update or fix the Diagnostic Screen to show the actual RAM, or is that just not possible with the official firmware?
If it really is wrong in OTP then there is no way to fix it.
