The Pi includes everything you need but accessing it could be well beyond your current skill set even to the point of being able to ask the right question necessary to get on the right path to success. Try asking via Google and explore Github to cherry pick bits of solutions to help you.
Short answer then is "YES". We all had to start somewhere with some project or other but I'm guessing very few here will want to do it for you.
