FWIW, I have a RP2 Zero W outside controlling some outside lights and weather sensor and it get's between -20C to 30C here near Toronto Canada. No problems at all. The box it's housed in gets a lot of summer in the summer and the CPU temperature creeps up close to the limit. In the winter, it's still in the 20C's.
