Hi,
I have a pair of speakers that are currently connected to my tv via 3.5mm cable and I would like to be able to use them for the pi as well.
What I don't have is an y-cable which probably would be the easiest solution to connect both the pi (or rather the output of an usb-soundcard on the pi) and the tv to the speakers but I have 2 usb soundcards, each with a mic in and a stereo out.
So I wonder if there is any way to use these 2 soundcards to connect the TV with the pi and the pi with the speakers so that the pi would simply forward the sound coming from the tv to the speakers.
Sorry for asking what is probably a rather stupid question but I have no clue on how audio works...
