With CLI sudo openvpn --config /path/to/your/file.ovpn I was able to connect to the OpenVPN server.
With this command had no issues to connect and there was no need to modify .ovpn file.
However I notice yesterday when using in the CLI sudo nmcli connection import type openvpn file /home/pi/Desktop/file.ovpn all the security parameters are missing and are not imported as it does with bookworm or bulleseye.
