The probable reason that you cannot see the Raspberry pi is that Windows no longer uses Network Browsing, this requires SMBv1 everywhere and it is now turned off everywhere.I have just got a new Win 11 Home laptop and for some reason it can't see the Raspberry in Windows Explorer.
Windows now uses Network Discovery, the Linux equivalent is wsdd, unfortunately neither it or its replacement wsdd-server are available on Trixie. There is wsdd2, but I have no knowledge of its capabilities, I have never used it.
