most likely because your display is a badly implemented clone?Why isn't it working on the 7 inch display?
Provide a link to the products Page at least.
You should ask the seller to support. They took your money, that's why it's on them to provide technical support.
For Kali Support there should be a dedicated Forum as well. Have you tested the display with the official OS?
