I'm in the same location as this Pi. Just before we arrived, the person who cleaned the place knocked this Pi around a bit, broke the case, unplugged the power supply and left the thing on the floor.
Since then it now longer will connect to the router either via WiFi or Cat5 cable. I guess it's done for.
