Noise is dynamic, when I move the cursor on VNC, the noise/color changes/get updated. On the wiring, I soldered (like a raspberry pi hat) it to try to avoid the noise, but it is still there, maybe I will play around with the frequency. I have been trying different registers and creating/uploading a new bin file every time. I soldered the touch lines as well, but I haven't even bother to troubleshoot that part because I want to get the video working correctly. Is that noise static (random pixels stay still), or dynamic (off and on like white noise)?
Are you using the touch function too?
Check connections, make firmer connections, reduce the SPI MHz. are your wires longer than 20cm?
It's not clear to me if you used the same bin file... but if you are not, try copying the "VCOM" register lines from the one I posted.
