See the C SDK PDF, section 4.1.9. hardware_flash page 141 in the Feb 2025 release, or equivalent. Working fine for the MicroPython folks. SDK needs exclusive control of the NOR flash to get erase and program done, can't get interrupted by anyone obviously. Other than that there's no magic about it just SPI NOR flash stuff. ![:)]( "Smile")
MicroPython uses littlefs in its filesystem I/O, I guess for your use case it would be more convenient than bare metal via the SDK.
