Right now, I'm able to boot through USB without HAT/NVMe, and it runs great. After powering down via RaspPi Power 27W, I disconnected all accessories, USBs, Ethernet, keyboard, and mouse. Reconnected everything, ie, HAT and NVMe, but seems to hesitate when going through the boot process. After all the flashing and minuscule white light flashing, everything seems to be working again. Boots using HAT/NVMe normally, no hiccups.
