There are posts about the change from the Pi 4 to Pi 5 where the Pi 4 had built in hardware support for one video stream and the Pi favoured a different video decoding. From memory, the both work at 30 frames but only one at 60. And there are posts showing speed tests with various video streams. What format are your videos?
