Looks like a question for yunohost support?
Assuming it's this yunohost I'm inclined to agree. It looks like the usual write image to SD card installation so will have completely replaced what was previously on there.
Though I suppose the OP could have followed the "On top of Debian" instructions.
Either way, their more likely to get help by asking the yunohost folks directly.
