You beat me to it.

According to wiki, GPS uses 1575.42MHz and 1227.60MHz, or 1.57GHz and 1.227GHz.
USB3's 5GHz signalling rate is very good at splatting 2.4GHz band, and 1.227GHz would be almost exactly half that again.
