Debugprobe does not support JTAG as a transport (which is a missing feature) - see https://github.com/raspberrypi/debugprobe/issues/44
There's not really any reason to spend lots of money on a fancy bitbasher; I suggest you make do with a FT2232H-based adapter with a breakout that lets you connect the pins you need.
