Please advise the one that seems the best candidate for very long term operation (10+ years).
This is to monitor a solar field gateway. The Pi would ping the box and if fails post a message to a remote web server.
I could have submitted that job to my old wrt54gl ddwrt router which is alway on, but unfortunately its wget build is not ssl/tls enabled and it has not enough storage to use any software workaround.
I guess any Pi3/4/5 is overkill, but I wander which model will run linux on the LAN (I mean has a wired network card) and has a RTC (because of certificates date, although I read I can run wget --no-check-certificate but I didn't check behaviour).
Lowest power supply would be the strawberry on the cake.
