Current ambient temperature here in summer is 23 degree Celsius. I would need a cooling device to keep temperature of a tank at 15 degree Celsius.controll and maintain the temperature of a water tank at around 15 Celsius
Safety first: it is better to hire an electrician when it comes to installing and operating power electrics.
Measuring temperatures is usually not a problem. There is a wide range of sensors with contact housing or screw-in flange. Working in harsh environments, having long distances from sensor to raspberry will need additional precautions.
