You mention that you "flashed the firmware"
How did you "flash the firmware" ? Using the latest version of the windoze image by any chance?
There is a known problem using the Pi Imager on windoze...widely reported on these very pages. Did you use that?
There is an update here that is supposed to resolve the problem...though I haven't tried it myself as I never use windoze.

Failing that You need to look at everything that changed between working and not working; however trivial it might seem. Other things that can affect wifi include
Interference; Baby alarms, BT devices, other WiFi networks(especially if sharing the same channel)
Obstructions; Metal cases; fish tanks etc etc
Proximity: Closer to the router should be better
Band and channel.
Router settings
Operating system version.
