Could be. Sorry; I'm not familiar with it and none of the screens that I have; support it. (far too old!Have tried on various screens, seems to just be the tv that its not working.
Did look up but unsure, could be HDCP blocking it?

There is code available for Linux that enables it to work and it's in the Raspberry Pi repositories...Whether it works; I have do idea... You would install it as follows...
sudo apt install intel-hdcp
There may be alternative solutions; but depending on where you are; there maybe legal implications. For that reason; I suspect that the rules of the forum prevent us from discussing them here.
Maybe the easiest solution is to use a different screen....
