On the RPi, there is no analog output. You could use a DAC and amplifier to produce 0..10V. But opto isolation would be useful too as usually there are long wires to harsh environments involved.
PWM output from a GPIO pin can be fed to an optoisolator. Then a RC low pass filter is used to produce an analog signal. A operation amp is used as an output buffer. Use a separate DC 12V wall adapter to power this circuit.
