Thank you for the inquiry and sorry for slow response.
If size of the camera is not a concern, I would strongly recommend the IMX585 due to its superior low-light sensitivity. One of the key reasons for its high sensitivity is its large pixel size—2.9 μm compared to 2.0 μm for the IMX678. This results in approximately twice the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), making it much more suitable for low-light or night-time imaging.

Hi there,
I am looking to purchase either IMX585 or 678.
Which sensor in your opinion has the best
Absolute low light performance
HDR ( seeing objects in shadowy region in bright sunlight)
Maybe there is another sensor you also recommend?
Are you able to have any in stock right now?
Thank you
