I'm feeding an "off pcb" 3.3V directly into 3.3Vout pin (pin 36) with 3.3Venable (pin 37) to gnd.
are you putting your scope probe on 3.3Vout (pin 36)??
can you tell me your setup and I'll try to mimic it, are you using the example blink program with onboard LED??
your 22.5mA looks closer to the datasheet than my 50mA.

re your previous post, I'm interested to connect PICO to Pi4B in 8 bit mode but not at 142Mhz, maybe <10Mhz, can I ask how you set this up?
