Similar flash being the key word here. If you look at the datasheet of the aforementioned flash chip you'll find order codes of the chip with statements like this:Though,if an RP2354 is simply a 2MB Flash chip wired to an RP2350, it should be possible to test using any RP2350 board with similar Flash.
And also apparently chips that have /RESET wired to the SD3 pin instead. I'd imagine that in reality the chip behaves exactly like the one already on the Pico 2 except being half the size, but it's hard to be sure./HOLD function is disabled to support Standard, Dual and Quad I/O without user setting.
