The way the C book is written stems from a difference of opinion rather than an unknown can of worms.Have you got a option for a email address, it seems making comment direct to them that might improve the next edition is a lot better than wasting my time here. like I am doing now
I wonder what would happen if one uploaded the PDF as context and then asked a large language model, please proofread and fix all the errors in the attached document. Output the corrected version as a new PDF document.
