If you read the error messages carefully they tell you exactly what's going on. You can then Google the message text and get more information, probably including some discussion of what to do next. If you post the error messages here it would help others to help you. "90% failed and a few okays" is not particularly helpful.Hello, I woke up to a dead pi5. I have a pi5 8GB. Not sure what happen but it is dead. I pulled the SD card from the pi and put it in the pi4. It won't even start the desktop or anything. I keep see 90% failed it said a few okays and that was it. Not sure what to do can someone please help me?
Joseph
In your case I suggest you boot the Pi 4 from a working SD card image, then insert the failed SD card into a USB card reader and plug that into the Pi 4. It may be possible to mount the failed SD card and get files off it, even if it wouldn't boot.
