I wrote raspios_arm64-2024-07-04/ on the SDCard, and I started raspberrypi.
Although 2024-07-04-raspios-bookworm-arm64.img is five releases back, it runs fine on a Raspberry Pi 5 here.
The current release is 2025-05-13-raspios-bookworm-arm64.img.
