I find it hard to believe you can't find a similar replacement. My local DIY store has dozens of exterior PIR sensors and lamp assemblies. The butt-ugly two-floodlamps-and-pir-on-stalks model has been selling like hotcakes for years.
Your proposed solution seems cumbersome and convoluted. If you already have home automation then the solution should be apparent. If you don't, then whatever you choose should be simple and reliable. Putting a Pi Zero 2W in the mix is just complicating things unnecessarily, unless you intend to use it as your home automation hub.
Most external PIR sensors are mains only, as they are intended to be installed outside for switching security lights or courtesy lights. Most low-voltage PIR sensors are intended to be installed inside, as part of some alarm system.
Since your requirements are very specific it's hard to recommend something. You could post a picture of your actual sensor, in case someone recognises it.
Since you live in Sweden you could shop at IKEA.
This sensor is battery operated, but can be used indoors or outdoors (apparently):

You would have to pair it with a plug controller for your light:

or link it to your home automation system via the hub:

Or plug a usb ZigBee dongle into a Pi a detect what's going on. Then you could detect the status of the sensor on its network, and control the light via a Shelly module on your WiFi network, for example.
There are so many ways to achieve this. Unfortunately.
