So you are using PI Zero 2W as a PI Print Server https://pimylifeup.com/raspberry-pi-print-server/ and the printer is connected to the PI Zero through a USB connection (from screen shot). I take you can't print to the Canon printer from the PI Zero and not another RPI trying to access the print on the PI ZERO.
