Waveshare contributed the timings and configs for the 13.3" panel in https://github.com/raspberrypi/linux/pull/6499. They should be supporting it in the configuration you're using it.
CM4/CM4IO using the DISP1 connector should be able to drive the panel in 4 lane mode, as should Pi5. I think I have this panel in the office, so I can try it out when I'm back in.
