pushed a little bit more (and measured voltage):
at 2.2V - 672 MHz relatively stable
at 2.4V - 690 MHz wildly unstable
but now it's getting hot ( and using RP2350B - bigger chip QFN-80)
Tried also an original Pico2W, cannot get above 600MHz, probably the regulator.
