Troubleshooting • BusyBox when boot

I am running raspberry pi 3b. It still work yesterday but got into BusyBox today when I boot. I have tried the command in https://stackoverflow.com/questions/688 ... spberry-pi and

Code:

e2fsck -c /dev/mmcblk0p2
but it only said 2 files have error and no response. I tried the reformat the sd card with Raspberry Pi OS but still get into BusyBox. Is replacing with a new sd card the only solution? My sd card is SanDisk Ultra 64GB and I only used it for 2 months. Is there anyway to prevent making sd card from getting faulty?
