There are two sets of GPIOs on the Pi 5 and CM5.
One set are direct from the BCM2711 chip. nRPI_BOOT comes from there and is present on pin 93.
The other set is from the RP1 IO chip. That is the "normal" GPIOs that include the GPIO20 on pin 27. On the IO board (and the Pi 5) they are the ones brought out to the 40 pin header.
On previous CM and Pi models there was only the GPIOs direct from the BCM chip.
