All you need to do is install Pi-Apps and then WOR on PiOS, and then follow the prompts. I'd advise using a USB attached SSD to install Win 11 on. I have a USB hub with and ethernet port for connectivity as there are no WiFi drivers available and a USB sound card (if you care about sound). The std video drivers only support up to 1080p screen resolution. You need to enable booting from other devices i.e. the SSD, this gives me an effective dual boot, as all I need to do is remove the SSD USB connection for the Pi5 to boot back into PiOS.
